Due to the fluctuating weather conditions, we have decided to return to Simms Park, situated at 4600 Suwanee Dam Rd, Suwanee, GA 30024.
Our session will commence with a mindful sharing segment, designed to encourage conscious speaking and attentive listening. As we come together to observe Easter, I extend an invitation for you to share any insights or wisdom that have risen from your meditation practice, if you feel inclined to do so.
Following the sharing session, I will lead a discussion exploring the concept of awareness as distinct from the objects of awareness. This dialogue aims to deepen our comprehension of mindfulness and its practical implications in our daily lives.
To conclude our gathering, we will engage in a 15-minute silent sitting meditation session, during which we will nurture inner stillness and presence.
