Testimonials
Today I had the most beautiful, peaceful, and mindful morning meditation. I took a few minutes to relax and connect my body and mind. I noticed the sounds around me, and for the first time I could see and feel my lungs expanding! Diane is wonderful, she guided our meditation group step by step. I really enjoyed having this amazing experience! I'm grateful for the present moment and the fullness of life!

This Month's Topic: Your Confused Mind

Are you fooling yourself? .

Lets go with yes.

The three pound organ sitting between your ears, and helping you read and comprehend the symbols right before your eyes, creates 70,000 thoughts a day. Not all of them are right.

They fall somewhere between entirely wrong, contain some level of truth, and if you're lucky, every now and then begin to reflect absolute truth.

Not responding to wrong thoughts can improve a lot of the messes we create in our lives, relationships and communities.
Join us. Bring your 70,000 thoughts! All are welcome.
