It is an honor to empower clients by teaching them techniques to improve their mental health and overall sense of well-being. The alternative therapies I practice, including energy psychology, have been shown in clinical trials to be effective treatments for a number of psychological conditions. Due to the side effects of psychotropic medication, many people are seeking alternative therapy options. I find combining traditional and alternative therapy provides a comprehensive and effective treatment for clients.

My Therapy Philosophy

I do not work within the confines of one theoretical perspective. My methods are eclectic and utilize interventions that range from classic to new-age models. Most importantly, I strive to find the most effective tools to provide you with the results you desire. I also believe that in order see improvements, you have to be an active participant in your work. There is no one quite like you. Your experience in therapy should be as unique as you are. I admire people who have the courage to seek help from a mental health professional when they are experiencing difficult period in their lives, desire change or just need new perspective.
