You are invited to attend a group meditation on Mother’s Day, May 14th 2023 at 9:00 am.
We will meet in front of my office which is located at 4485 Tench Rd, Bldg 1200 Suwanee, Ga.
The agenda will consist of 15 minutes of sitting meditation followed by 15 minutes of walking meditation.
Please bring a meditation pillow or a folding chair. If you are using a meditation pillow, the ground may be wet so I would advise placing a yoga mat or something waterproof between your pillow and the ground.
You are welcome to bring Mom if you would like, or anyone else that may be interested.
