This month's community meditation is scheduled for Sunday Oct 22.
As usual we will meet at Simms Lake Park at 9:30 am.
Our practice will begin with a short discussion pertaining
self-compassion and how it is related to mindfulness.
Following this discussion we will practice sitting and walking
meditation together. Please remember to bring something to sit on,
either a meditation pillow or folding chair. The grass will be wet
this time of morning, so don't forget a towel or something to put
under your meditation pillow to keep it dry.
I appreciate RSVP's so I have a sense of who is coming. Any guests you
would like to invite are very welcome to attend.
